ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘c:\\users

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'c:\\users\\用户名\\.conda\\envs\\tensorflow\\lib\\site-packages\\pandas-1.1.5.dist-info\\METADATA'

解决方法：直接删除pandas-1.1.5.dist-info该文件夹，然后重新安装pandas 1.1.5和需要安装的包。

注意：pip 安装，不要用conda
