摘要

随着我国工业、农业以及其它轻工业技术的发展,液压系统以它特有的使用优点逐渐成为各行业技术的主导。它被广泛应用在农业和工业的各个部门。在工业生产当中尤其是在数控车床的生产中,有很多需要往复运动并且频繁换向的场合.这时由于液压装置工作比较平稳;液压装置能在大范围内实现无级调速;还可以在进程中进行调速。更重要的是实现直线传动远比机械运动简单。所以此时就需要设计液压系统。

本设计就是针对数控车床液压站中的卡盘装置进行的液压系统设计。通过应用液压设计的一系列知识,对系统的油箱、电机泵组、阀块、管路进行优化设计。最后使设计的系统达到本设计的目的,使该液压站在满足原有要求的情况下实现重量轻、体积小、成本低、效率高、结构简单、使用维护方便的要求。

ABSTRACT

Along with our country industry, agricultural as well as other light industry technology's development, the hydraulic system becomes various professions technology gradually by its unique use merit the leadership. It is widely applied in agricultural and industry each department. Middle the industrial production in numerically-controlled machine tool's production, has many need reciprocal motion particularly, and commutates frequently situation. The hydraulic unit work quite because was by now steady; The hydraulic unit can realize the step less speed regulation in the wide range; May also carry on the velocity modulation in the advancement. Realizes the straight line transmission to be far simpler than more importantly the mechanical movement. Therefore this time needs to design the hydraulic system.

The design was aimed at the lathe chuck design of hydraulic systems of the hydraulic station. Through the application of a series of knowledge of Hydraulic design, the system's fuel tank, the electrical pumps, valve blocks, designed to optimize pipeline. So that the final design of the system designed to achieve this purpose, so that the hydraulic stand to meet the original requirements of the circumstances to achieve light weight, small size, low cost, high efficiency, simple structure and facilitate the use of safeguard requirements.
