github提交代码时报错：

fatal: unable to access ‘/xx/xx.git/’: Failed to connect to port 443: Timed out

意思是：无法连接到端口443：超时。

原因：github的用户名或密码没输入对，导致登录失败，所以没有push的权限。

解决办法：

再次执行操作，输入正确的用户名和密码。
