在Anaconda Prompt 中卸载、重新安装

1.卸载

使用管理员打开Anaconda Prompt

pip uninstall numpy

2.重新安装。

pip install numpy

初次安装的numpy版本为1.20.1

重新安装后版本为1.21.0

重启jupyter notebook

问题解决。
