idea使用maven创建springboot工程，maven下载jar包时出现Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot。

以为问题出在maven镜像上，换了镜像还是没有解决问题。

检查settings.xml时想到是不是

的问题，改了斜杠

问题解决。

一个小坑需要注意。
