Beijing Fangshan had been caught in a heavy rain, which lasted as long as over a month. Due to the arrival of storm, some people were killed in the storm, and what’s worse, many buildings were destroyed in the hurricane. Not only were almost all people homeless, but also nearly all the whole city fell into ruins. On the one hand, the national government sent out rescue teams to rebuild their homes for the stricken city, and on the one hand, it appeals to other cities to show their love and to donate money to the city. After everything returned to normal, the local government learnt the lesson and actively improves peoples awareness of flood control and drought relief.
