The citys scenic spots have also introduced a series of preferential policies, including that after the citys scenic spots are open until December 31, , all scenic spots and the transportation in the scenic spots will be free for medical staff all over the country. Within 2 months after the citys scenic spots are opened, all scenic spots and the vehicles in the scenic spots will implement a "buy 1 get 1 free" discount for domestic and foreign tourists.
三湘都市报·新湖南客户端2月27日讯（记者 丁鹏志）记者今日从张家界市获悉，该市武陵源景区从2月27日起率先恢复对外开放，天门山景区及其他等级景区在全面做好疫情防控工作的基础上也将于近期陆续恢复开放。
近日，张家界市出台了《张家界市旅游景区有序开放工作方案》，针对景区恢复开放提出了5大方面共计40条要求，以保障广大游客的生命安全和身体健康。各开放景区均制定了《景区新冠肺炎防控工作实施方案》《景区应急处置工作预案》《景区开放风险评估报告》，设立有医务室和临时隔离点，采取了全方位的消毒防疫措施，对全体员工进行了专业的防疫安全服务培训。疫情期间景区日接待量不超过去年同期接待量的50%，瞬间流量不超过最大瞬时流量的30%，团队游客不超过30人。
此外，张家界市还要求涉旅各单位按照“36字”口诀为游客在张游览提供全过程、全方位服务和提示，即“实名制、测体温、戴口罩、勤消毒、常洗手、多通风、分餐制、间隔坐、分开住、不聚集、全程管、零报告。”
在优惠政策上，张家界全市景区开放后至12月31日，所有景区及景区内交通工具对全国医护人员实行免票。全市景区开放后2个月时间内，所有景区及景区内交通工具对国内外游客实行门票“买1送1”优惠。
