短语的用法19. the fact is (that)事实是……
用法：the fact is引导表语从句，而the fact引导的是同位语从句。
例句1：The fact is that the team which claimed it would never lose was beaten by a new-born team.
事实是那支宣称从来不会输的球队输给了一个新生球队。
结构分析：The fact是主语，is是系动词，that引导表语从句，the team which claimed it would never lose是宾从句语，was beaten是谓语（是被动过去式），by a new-born team是主语补语。
20. there is no doubt (that)毫无疑问
用法：there is no doubt(that)和it is no doubt意义相同，但前者是there be句型，后者是强调句型。
例句1：There is no doubt that the students of today, and the workers of tomorrow, will need to innovate, collaborate and evaluate. (6月六级)
毫无疑问，如今的学生，未来的工人，需要创新、合作和评估。
