青春期是人生最美的阶段，充满了绮丽幻想，有时甚至忘了方向。我有几句心里话，跟青春期少年分享：
这个年龄段，是人生路途上的咽喉要道。锁定了这个阶段，你就能赢来成功而幸福的人生。从学业中获得自信，形成良性自我判断的镜像，这将主导你后来的人生。
学习成绩优异，对你是最划算的事。你赢来了自信，你赢来了赞许，你赢来了未来人生的诸多解决方案。怎么做到？数学你只需把规定教材吃透，你就能优胜。英语或语文成绩，考的看似是分数，其实是阅读习惯。不养成阅读习惯，就无法持久获得高分。
形成学习主动性，要从自律开始。规定自己早起，规定自己做家务，规定自己主动挑战未知。培养自律的过程，就是了解自己的过程，充满了难能可贵的乐趣。
这个阶段容易迷茫，你只需要遇事懂得判断是非，让自己从善如流。这个阶段容易困惑，你只需要懂得逻辑推理，不要被表面蒙蔽。
你的竞争对手，是世界上的所有人，不是你的同班同学。这个世界是信息时代，资源共享，只有学识渊博的人，才有能力获得更多支配权。
每天看看太阳的移动，体悟光影的变化，理解时间的宝贵，尊重生命的唯一表达，就是积极健康地成长、向上，拒绝蹉跎时光。
懂得方法的重要，尊重名师，自己要立志成为名师。懂得手机只是工具，使用它，决不沉溺。懂得感恩，你有受教育的条件，还有更多少年，并没有机会读书。
善于与父母师长沟通，而不是处处拂逆。父母如果养而不教，就等于生而不养。对你严厉完全是出于负责，有时师长在沟通方式上，可能并不投你的所好而已，这值得你的理解。
“教”字由“孝”和“文”构成，敬畏和感恩，尊重师长是教育的前提，由此才有“文”。滴水穿石，你的习惯决定你的长远，你的爱好就是你。
Everybody has different hobbies. The person who can honestly say their hobby is their job is very lucky. He never has to work a day in his life! People tend to associate with other people who have similar hobbies so that they can do them together. Some people like to learn new hobbies all the time.
I like to cook. I think it is relaxing and it makes me feel as though I am doing something very traditional. People have been cooking for many centuries, and in today’s technology-filled world, it is a way to live like our ancestors.
I like to read and to exercise. These are hobbies that I do on a daily basis. They are easy, relaxing, healthy and fun. I can do them by myself or with others. I like to play sports as well, but I do not do that as regularly, because it is not easy to gather a group of people to play sports. I tend to play sports on the weekends, when more people are free from their responsibilities.
One of my old hobbies was playing videogames, but thankfully I grew out of that. As a child, I used to spend hours playing videogames, but I eventually realized it was a waste of my time, and there were much better hobbies I could pick up.
