炭疽病由炭疽菌引起的斑点性植物病害。植物的茎、叶、果实、种子均可受害。病原菌主要是刺盘孢属(Colletotrichum)、 盘长孢属(Gloeosporium)和丛刺盘孢属(Vermicularia)的真菌,它们的有性阶段多为小丛壳属(Glomerella)和日规壳属(Gnomonia),少数是囊孢壳属(Physalospora)和球座菌属(Guignardia)。炭疽菌变异较多,种内存在不同的生理小种。炭疽病分布很广,尤以亚热带、热带为害严重。各类作物均有发生,果树、蔬菜尤甚。可造成死苗、枯叶、折茎、烂果。中国的红麻以及苹果、番木瓜、杧果、香蕉等均因此而遭受重大损失。典型病斑呈圆形,褐色,有深色边缘,在瓜果等肉质器官上病斑中央常稍凹陷,有轮纹状排列的粉红色粘质或黑色颗粒状的小点,即病菌的分生孢子盘;有的病斑呈多角、不规则形,无边缘,中央的分生孢子盘不呈轮状排列。炭疽病菌大多潜伏在种子内外和病株残体中越冬,成为次年的初侵染源。分生孢子主要靠风、雨、昆虫等传播,雨滴对扩散孢子起重要作用。有些种以有性阶段越冬。许多植物上的炭疽病都由种子带菌引起,故幼苗一出土,子叶便能发病。由围小丛壳 (Glomerellacingulata)引起的果树炭疽病常可潜伏侵染,病原菌侵入植物后不立即发病,直到果实将成熟时才表现症状。对草本植物炭疽病的防治,以种子处理为主,结合药剂防治。多年生木本植物以药剂防治为主,炭疽福镁、锌硫合剂、退菌特等的防治效果较好,百菌清对瓜类炭疽病有特效。此外,加强果园管理,清洁果园,可以减轻病害。
