Ｚｎ－５％Ａｌ－ＲＥ合金镀液的浸润性及其对表面质量的影响摘要：从表面浸润的一些基本原理出发，分析了Ｚｎ－５％Ａｌ－ＲＥ合金镀液的浸润性。采用预先合金化的含稀土母合金、洁净的前处理、高效的助镀剂是提高浸润性、消除光斑缺陷的必要条件；合金镀液的成份、温度、表面氧化状况也均会对浸润性产生很大影响。因而必须严格控制工艺参数，精心操作，科学管理，才能获得好的表面质量。 关键词：合金镀层；浸润性；光斑 漏镀和表面不平整是钢丝热镀Ｚｎ－５％Ａｌ－ＲＥ合金（Ｇａｌｆａｎ合金）最常见的表面缺陷。漏镀问题是Ｇａｌｆａｎ合金镀层研制时首先碰到的技术症结，也一直是钢丝热镀Ｇａｌｆａｎ合金的中心议题。八十年代中期国内一些研究所和企业开发合金镀层钢丝时，认为漏镀的主要原因是助镀剂配比不合适，因而在实验室进行了大量的助镀剂筛选工作，获得了一些较佳的配方，能在实验室用手镀或在连续线小批量试验时获得较好的效果。然而在用单浸镀工艺大批量生产时仍存在许多问题，有时即使经前处理后表面已很清洁的呈银亮色的钢丝也还会出现漏镀；但有时表面沾一点黑污的钢丝也镀上了合金，还时有碰到一些钢丝有黑斑但又不像是漏镀的情况，时好时坏很难把握。这说明漏镀的原因是多方面的，受多个因素制约。本文想就这些问题从合金镀液的浸润性出发作些初浅的分析和探讨。 １光斑（ＢａｒｅＳｐｏｔ）和黑斑（Ｂｌａｃｋｓｐｏｔ） 在分析造成表面缺陷的原因前，先对这些缺陷作些描述以统一对缺陷的定义。在热镀锌生产中，通常把“黑斑”、“露铁”、“漏镀”视为同一含义，指的都是钢丝基体没有镀上锌的现象。其特征是镀锌层不连续，或者说镀层中出现凹坑露出黑色钢丝基体，也有钢丝表面沾上助镀剂与锌液反应的黑渣和抹拭炭末而使表面局部有点状发黑的情况。但在热镀锌中这两者很容易区分，沾上的黑渣和炭末很容易擦掉，因而一般不称其为黑斑。 在钢丝热镀Ｚｎ－５％Ａｌ－ＲＥ合金时情况就不同了，生产中不时会碰到两种情况：一种是钢丝没有镀上合金即钢丝基体上的合金镀层不连续，若用指甲触摸能感到明显的凹坑。国外文献资料一般称之谓＂光斑＂（ＢａｒｅＳｐｏｔ）；另一种情况则是钢丝表面有黑色斑痕且往往呈竹节状，但指甲触及没有凹坑感，若用金相砂纸轻擦可去掉黑色斑痕露出合金镀层。笔者认为形成这两种缺陷的原因是不同的。 １．１产生黑斑的原因 钢丝热镀Ｚｎ－５％－Ａｌ－ＲＥ合金时出现的黑斑也是一种表面质量缺陷，但还没有到裸露基体、造成不连续镀层的地步。 嵌在连续镀层中的黑色斑痕是助镀剂的残渣、助镀剂与镀液反应产物和抹拭材料中的油脂不完全燃烧产物沾在钢丝镀层上引起的。
