高温环境温度超过人体舒适程度的环境。一般取 21±3℃为人体舒适的温度范围,因此24℃以上的温度即可认为是高温。但对人的工作效率有不利影响的温度,通常是在29℃以上。概述 高温环境主要见于热带、沙漠地带,以及一些高温作业、某些军事活动和空间活动的场所。高温环境主要是由下列几个方面所产生的热造成的。①燃烧所散发的热:如燃料在锅炉、冶炼炉、窑等燃烧过程所散发的热。②机器运转所散发的热:如电动机、发动机以及各种机械运动所产生的热等。③化学反应过程所散发的热:如化工厂的一些反应炉所散发的热等,有人把核反应散发的热也归入这一类。④人体所散发的热:平均一个成年人散发的热相当于一个 146瓦的发热器所散发的热量。在人密集的生产环境、或人在密闭的环境中所散发的热也能形成高温环境。如在潜水艇中潜航几个月,由于人体散发的热和来自机器、烹饪等所散发的热,在舱内积聚,如不加处理,可以形成高达50℃以上的高温环境。⑤太阳辐射所散发的热:在炎热的夏季,或在热带和沙漠中,日光强烈地照射而形成高温环境。此外,在军事活动中,爆炸也可形成高温。高温对人体的影响 主要有两个方面:①高温烫伤:高温使皮肤温度达41~44℃时即会感到灼痛,倘若高温继续上升,则皮肤基础组织便会受到伤害。关于热辐射引起皮肤灼痛和水疱的阈值见图1。高温烫伤在生产中并不少见,一般以局部烫伤较为多见,全身性烫伤见于火灾事故等。②全身性高温反应:人在高温环境中停留时间较长,体温会渐渐升高,当局部体温高达38℃,便会产生不舒适反应。人的深部体温通常以肛温为代表。人在休息时主诉可耐受的肛温为38.4~38.6℃,在体力劳动时为38.5~38.8℃。高温极端不舒适反应的肛温临界值为39.1~39.4℃。肛温超过这一限度,汗率和皮肤热传导量都不再上升,表明人体对高温的适应能力已达到极限。如果温度再继续升高,即会出现生理危象。全身性高温的主要症状为:头晕、头痛、胸闷、心悸、视觉障碍(眼花)、恶心、呕吐、癫痫样抽搐等。温度过高还会引起虚脱、肢体强直、大小便失禁、晕厥、烧伤、昏迷,直至死亡。防护 在高温环境中,为了防止局部烫伤,主要使用由隔热耐火材料作成的防护手套、头盔和靴袜。对于全身性高温的主要防护方法是采用全身性降温的防护衣服。这种衣服有两种:①通气冷却服:即在衣服内通以空气,以达到全身性降温的目的。②通水冷却服:这种防护服的夹层内衬有细小的水管网(图2)。这两种防护服中以通水冷却服防护效果较好,不过结构复杂,价格较高。研究表明,头部和脊柱的冷却对于提高人的高温耐力具有重要的意义。因此,通水冷却服制成只保护头部和脊柱部的防护服,价格可大为降低。除了防护服外,事先进行全身冷水浴,或充分饮水,也是对抗高温的重要措施。对抗高温的最好方法是:采用环境温度调节装置,使环境温度保持在舒适的范围。高温习服 人长期在高温环境中生活和工作,或者有意识地在高温环境中经常锻炼,人体对高温环境就会习惯,称作"高温习服"。习惯于高温的人对高温环境的耐力可较一般人高得多,但高温习服是有限度的。对于大多数人来说,高温习服的上限为49℃,但也有少数人(约6%)对于高温难于充分习服。他们长期生活于高温环境之后,会产生一系列的不适应症状,称作热习服不良症或热区虚弱症。产生这种症状的人不适宜在高温环境工作。
