肺损伤剂分子式:CAS号:性质:又称肺损伤剂(lung injurant)。损害肺组织、引起肺水肿,导致呼吸功能破坏的毒剂。有光气、双光气、氯化苦等。光气为该类毒剂的代表物。曾在第一次世界大战中大量使用过。人员中毒后,出现肺水肿,肺泡内气体交换受阻,血液摄氧能力降低,使机体缺氧而窒息死亡。属于暂时性致死剂。主要装填于炮弹、航空炸弹中使用,造成空气染毒。防毒面具可有效防护,抗毒药有乌洛托品等。
