外围护结构防潮根据建筑中热湿迁移的机理,对外围护结构采取的防潮措施。建筑施工中留存的水,房屋使用中进入的水、降雨、冷凝水和大气中的水分,都会使外围护结构受潮,降低其保温性能。同时这些因素还加剧了损伤外围护结构的生物过程、化学过程和物理过程,使外围护结构发霉、腐烂、风化,降低结构的耐久性。受潮机理 建筑材料的受潮可分为吸附过程和迁移过程。吸附又分为表面吸附、毛细吸附、盐类吸附和带电吸附。吸附和解吸附是可逆过程,当材料的湿度小于空气湿度时,材料有吸附空气中的水分的现象;当材料的湿度大于空气湿度时,就会发生解吸附。迁移过程是由建筑材料中存在的温度梯度和湿度梯度引起的水分迁移。材料中水分迁移的方向因水的状态不同而异,液态水是由低温向高温方向渗透,水蒸气一般是从高温向低温渗透。围护结构中的温度梯度越大,水分迁移的量越大。防潮措施 常用的有:设置隔蒸汽层 常用的方法是将密实的、能阻止蒸汽渗透的油毛毡、塑料薄膜、铝箔等置于外围护结构的高温、高湿一侧,以阻止水蒸气进入外围护结构中。此法在一定的时间内有防潮作用,但不能彻底解决外围护结构的受潮问题。设置除湿空气层 在外围护结构低温侧设置空气层,切断热绝缘层在低温侧的毛细管联系;空气层中由热阻产生的温差,形成空气对流,不断从高温侧摄取湿气,在低温侧冷凝,从而保持高温侧的干燥。此法防潮效果良好。设置排湿通道 将干燥空气引入除湿空气层中,使其中凝结的水得以蒸发、排出。当冷热交替作用于外围护结构两侧时,应设置双道排湿空气层,以防止热绝缘材料受潮。带电排潮 由于带电潮湿体有较高的水蒸气分压力,能将水蒸气从物体中排除,因此,在墙的基础部位预埋铜线网并接地,便会使这部分墙脚与地层具有相同的电位,从而达到防潮的目的。
