三元乙丙橡胶分子式:CAS号:性质:乙烯、丙烯、二烯三种单体共聚而成的乙丙橡胶,所用的第三单体主要有5-亚乙基-2-降冰片烯、双环戊二烯、1,4-已二烯。三元乙丙橡胶的主链是饱和的,由第三单体提供的双烯都位于侧链上,起着硫化位的作用。由于上述结构原因,三元乙丙橡胶具有极佳的耐臭氧、耐老化、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐候性能。因分子链中无极性基团,所以又有良好的电绝缘性。乙丙橡胶相对密度很小,使用经济性好,因此三元乙丙橡胶发展很快,在合成橡胶中已是仅次于丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶,与丁基橡胶相当的主要品种。其生产工艺是以钒化合物和烷基氯化铝组成的钒-铝体系为引发剂,以已烷为溶剂进行溶液聚合或悬浮聚合。主要用途为汽车部件、高级电缆材料、密封材料、防水建材及塑料改性材料。
