气体绝缘金属封闭开关装置气体绝缘金属封闭开关装置gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgearq一t 1 IueyuonJ一nshu fengb!kolguon zhuollgzh-气体绝缘金属封闭开关装t(gas insulatedmetal一enelosed switehgear，GIS)母线、断路器、隔离开关、电流互感器、电压互感器等电气设备，按一定的接线方式连接，密封于充有高于大气压的SF。绝缘气体并接地的金属外壳的不同气室内，构成的紧凑的接受和分配电能的装置。SF。为不燃、无毒、无腐蚀的惰性气体，在相同压力下，灭弧性能比空气好3~4倍，大气压力下绝缘强度为空气的3倍。1960年以来，SF‘被广泛用作高压断路器的灭弧和绝缘介质。以SF。作绝缘介质的封闭组合电器自1965年生产以来，得到很大发展，电压等级已从72.5 kV发展到800 kV。GIS分为三相共壳式和分相式两种。110 kV电压及以下的Gls用三相共壳式，体积小，成本略低。220kV以上多为分相式，价格略贵，但无相间短路可能。GIS还可分为户内和户外型。户内型Gls布置于带有小型吊车的建筑物内，房屋所耗投资不多，但GIS不受日照、雨水、温差等影响，金属外壳结构较简单，安装、维护、检修条件较好。但屋内要有排气设施，防止检修时接触和吸人SF。经电弧作用分解产生的有害气体.户外型对外壳法兰要加强密封，螺栓和支承装t要有防锈措施，控制柜及操作机构要适应户外运行。和常规屋外配电装t相比，GIS具有下列特点:(l)所有电气设备密封于接地的金属外壳内，设备外绝缘不受外界污秽环境影响。固定导体的盘式绝缘子又把设备分隔在不同气室内，因此设备之间也互不形响。每一气室有压力表，监视绝缘介质气压，压力增高或降低有报警。断路器故障扩大时，还有压力释放装t。因此设备运行非常可靠，维护工作极少。(2)紧凑，占地面积小。以双母线接线6回进出线配电装里为例。220 kV屋内型GIS，包括进、出线终端套管和建筑物固定端、扩建端的安装、检修场地在内平均每间隔占地面积121 m2.约为普通中型布置的l/9。电压愈高，节约用地效果愈明显。(3)金属外壳接地及屏蔽作用，基本消除了周围的电磁场。对运行人员更安全，对周围环境无影响。(4)Gls为模块结构，已在工厂组装、调试好，控制、保护和信号回路随GIS配套供应，大大减少了设计和安装工作。因此不仅施工快速，而且质量有保证。(5)Gis对地平面要求较严格，要求地基无不均匀沉陷.地面水平误差不超过士5 mm。由于上述优点，沿海地区的火电厂采用500 kVGIS较多。在场地比较狭窄地区无法采用220 kV屋内配电装t时，也采用22okV GIS。210 kV及以下电压，由于屋内配电装l布置尺寸小，结构简单，GIS很少采用。SF。气体在气温极低时会液化。液化点温度随气体压力而异.在SF。气体中加人NZ后能降低液化点温度。使SF6GIS能同样用在严寒低温地区。
