模具的修复方法模具修复主要包括制造缺陷的补救、模具磨损和以外损坏修复等内容。在实际工作中，应针对不同情况，采用相应的修补手段。 制造缺陷的含义比较广泛。宏观上，在试模过程中模具所暴露出的问题都可以归为制造缺陷。此时问题的解决必须从根本上下功夫，要重新审视模具结构、材料选择及热处理、加工手段等方面。优先选择的补救措施是更换，即更换掉那些尺寸超差、材质过软等问题零件。如果发现结构上有问题，也要痛下决心予以纠正。若此时就采取各种修复手段，显然就是降低了对模具质量的要求。在一个新模具上又焊又补，有损企业形象，也同时留下了问题隐患（如堆焊、电刷镀等都有一个结合强度的问题）。 随着新材料的不断涌现和热处理工艺的改进，模具磨损的现象也是越来越少，但也时有发生。对磨损的部位可分为静止表面和可动表面两类。静止表面是指和其他零件无滑动接触的表面，由于这样的表面相对而言受外力较小，所以可以采用各种修复手段加以修补。可动表面是指和其他零件有滑动接触的表面，如滑块与滑道压板配合面、推杆与推杆孔配合面、定动模互插芯的接触面等，由于其在高频率往复运动的同时，还要承受摩擦力、锁模力等的冲击，在修补方法上必须有所选择。最佳方案是采用合适的加工手段将磨损面去除，然后相应调整相配件的尺寸，如将滑块的磨损面通过磨削去掉，同时加宽滑道压板；扩大推杆孔直径，更换推杆等。其次采用氩弧焊，不要采用电阻焊和电刷镀，后两者的结合力不如前者。 意外损坏的情况比较复杂，首先需确定是对模具修理还是更换个别零件。一般模具制造厂家都提供易损件的备件，这样更换以后模具就能够正常工作。如果需要模具修理，可针对具体的损坏情况，采用适当的修补手段。
