OPU will be accepting applications for tuition exemption for the First semester of Academic Year - as follows. Students seeking tuition exemption are required to submit an application by the appointed time.

大阪府立大学-学年第一学期免学费申请如下。申请免学费的学生需要在规定时间之前提交申请。

[Eligibility]

Privately-financed international students who are diligently pursuing their studies within the standard course term and to whom any of the following conditions apply may be eligible for exemption of tuition fees.

(1) Students who are in financial difficulty to a degree equivalent to those receiving public assistance under the Public Assistance Act;

(2) Students who find it difficult to pay tuition fees due to long-term sickness, slumping business, unemployment, or other economic reason; or In principle, international students who have remained in the same grade for more than one year are not eligible for tuition exemption. In addition, research students cannot apply for tuition exemption.

申请资格

目前在大阪府立大学勤奋学习标准课程并且满足以下任意条件的私费国际生可以申请免学费：

(1)经济困难程度需要等同于在公共支援法案下享受公共援助的学生的经济困难程度;

(2)由于长期生病、业务下滑、失业或其他经济原因而有支付学费困难的学生。原则上，在同一年级学习时间超过一年的国际学生不能申请免学费。研究型学生也不能申请免学费。
