David Taylor, a prestigious watercolour artist, recognised worldwide for his Art and Teaching. He has been involved in teaching his great love of this medium to painters both in Australia and overseas since the late sixties. He is involved in regularly tutoring for the Australian and International Artist magazine. He is the member of many artistic organizations, e.g. Victorian Artist Society Australia, Australian Watercolour Institute, Twenty Melbourne Painters Society Inc，Australian Guild of realist Artists, Honoury Life Member Watercolor Society of Victoria Australia.
His work represented in Public and private Collections, include Candy Museum Channel Islands , Newcastle on Tyne England，Consulate Switzerland，National Collections China, Regional collections Castlemaine. Clayton City Council Australia. University of southern Queensland Australia. His paintings have been exhibited widely, including Channel Islands ,Sweden, England ,China and Australia and throughout many other Countries. His many major awards include Victorian Artist of the Year Medallion 1976, 1980, 1989. Camberwell Rotary Gold Medal , , . City of Victor Harbour Platinum Platinum Award . Camberwell Rotary best work on Paper 。David has received the distinguished Leadership award for outstanding services to Watercolor and Teaching, and honoured in the International Directory of distinguished leadership and a certificate of merit for distinguished service to the community. David Taylor has also Judged many National and international Exhibitions. His work is being published in books throughout China and numerous other publications throughout the world. His works are widely represented in Books and Publications worldwide，And also includes DVDS with APV films.
