说明：复制了一个launch和py文件，一运行突然出现这问题，可谓是有点懵。

Please make sure that all the executables in this command exist and have executable permission. This is often caused by a bad launch-prefix

不管是按照重新编译工作空间，修改CMakeLists文件，都没有效果。最终新建了一个py文件，然后赋予执行权限，成功解决。
