混凝土喷射机利用压缩空气将混凝土沿管道连续输送，并喷射到施工面上去的机械。分干式喷射机和湿式喷射机两类，前者由气力输送干拌合料，在喷嘴处与压力水混合后喷出（图1）;后者由气力或混凝土泵输送混凝土混合物经喷嘴喷出。广泛用于地下工程、井巷、隧道、涵洞等的衬砌施工。干式喷射机 双罐式混凝土干式喷射机 由上罐储料室、下罐给料器、给料叶轮、钟形门、压缩空气管路、电动机等组成。关闭上、下罐间的下钟形门，向下罐中通入压缩空气。经给料叶轮将干拌合料连续均匀地送至出料口，由压缩空气沿输送管吹送至喷嘴。螺旋式混凝土喷射机 由螺旋喂料器将料斗卸下的干拌合料均匀地推送至吹送室，然后由螺旋喂料器空心轴和吹送管引入的压缩空气将干拌合料沿输送管吹送至喷嘴（图2）。转子式混凝土喷射机 在立式转子上开有许多料孔。转子在转动过程中，当料孔对准上料斗的卸料口时，就向料孔加料；当料孔对准上吹风口，压缩空气就将干拌合料沿输送管吹至喷嘴。鼓轮式混凝土喷射机 在圆形鼓轮圆周上均布8个V形槽。鼓轮低速回转,料斗中的干拌合料经条筛落入V形槽，当充满拌合料的V形槽转至下方时,拌合料进入吹送室，由此被压缩空气沿输送管吹送至喷嘴。湿式喷射机 喷射混凝土回弹量少，空气中粉尘含量低，混凝土强度高。有机械风动式和风动式两类。前者用混凝土泵将混合物送至喷嘴处，再用压缩空气加压喷射。后者又分双罐式和立式双罐式。双罐式混凝土喷射机 有两个并列的罐，罐顶有钟形门，罐底有搅拌叶片，罐内装搅拌好的混凝土。当罐内通入压缩空气后，混凝土落下，由搅拌叶片送至螺旋给料器，在其出口处由压缩空气沿输送管将混凝土吹至喷嘴。立式双罐式混凝土喷射机 由搅拌机和喷射罐重叠组成，干拌合料加水经搅拌机拌合后，经球面阀落入喷射罐，再经其底部的拨料叶片送入螺旋输送机，使混凝土均匀送至出料口与压缩空气混合后喷出。
